1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika (optional)
Salt and black pepper, to taste
2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
3 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
1. Cut chicken into 1–1.5 inch pieces and pat dry. Season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken in a single layer for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
