1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup orange and black sprinkles (or Halloween M&Ms)
Optional: candy eyes, candy corn, Reese’s pieces
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
Slowly mix dry ingredients into wet mixture until just combined.

Scoop dough into 2-tablespoon balls and place on baking sheet.
