- 2 pounds chicken wings, split
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup buttermilk
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped dill
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Pat the chicken wings dry with paper towels.
- Toss them with olive oil and all the Cajun seasonings.
- Let the wings rest for 20 minutes.
- Blend all the jalapeño ranch ingredients until smooth.
- Refrigerate the ranch while preparing the grill.
- Preheat the grill to 375–400°F (190–205°C).
- Grill the wings over indirect heat for about 20 minutes.
- Move the wings to direct heat and grill until crispy.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Rest the wings for 5 minutes.
- Serve with the chilled jalapeño ranch.

- Pat the wings dry before seasoning for crispier skin.
- Adjust the amount of jalapeño to control the heat.
- Fresh herbs give the ranch the best flavor.
