- ¼ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup reserved pasta water
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente.
- Reserve ½ cup pasta water and drain the spaghetti.
- Blend spinach, garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, cream, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Warm the green sauce gently in a skillet over low heat for about 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked spaghetti.
- Toss with tongs until the pasta is completely coated.
- Add reserved pasta water as needed to create a silky sauce.
- Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Garnish with Parmesan, basil, lemon zest, and black pepper.
- Serve immediately.
