- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped peanuts

Instructions
- Mash the ripe banana in a medium saucepan.
- Add oats, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently.
- Simmer for 5–7 minutes until creamy and the oats are tender.
- Reduce the heat and stir in peanut butter.
- Add a splash of milk if the oatmeal is too thick.
- Taste and add honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Divide between two bowls.
- Top with sliced banana, peanut butter, chopped peanuts, and cinnamon.
- Serve warm.
